Has any present community using PCAM been informed the cinc system, what is used for the communities financial records, has been " down" for over 2 weeks. This is what I am being told after a request for financial records relating to how 2 accounts for a homeowner disappeared from the system under John Hall.
John has managed our property for about 5 years. He is knowledgeable and our go to guy when we have questions about condo law.
Am calling since 2 days and no answer
