I was emailed confirmation of the time the plumber would arrive. The plumber showed up on time, clean, professional, polite, and did excellent work without making a mess in my house. The pricing was fair and I could tell the plumber knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Polite Plumbing Service Co. Hands down the best.
I found Polite Plumbing Service Co through a friend's recommendation. I called the plumber because we had a clogged toilet. Besides unclogging, we also wanted to replace the current toilet with a new one. He was very helpful over the phone when I first called. He asked me several questions to help determine what the actual problem was. He was very friendly and extremely professional, finished the job swiftly and it looks great! We're very happy with the service!!
Our very old water heater broke down. We called Polite Plumbing Service Co who immediately answered my call, provided options and a very reasonable price for a premium brand tankless heater over the phone. They came on a Saturday and finished all work the same day. Professional work, kept a clean work site. Very happy with the job. Thanks Enoch and team!

Can't say enough great things about working with Enoch and Polite Plumbing Service Co. He did a great job solving some code issues for us. Came in short notice on a do it yourself project and helped me out right away. Had him do additional installation of new fixtures. Thrilled with the work and does free estimates and listens to what you want. Seriously, Polite Plumbing Service Co is my plumber. I'm sad that I'm moving.
