Dr Smith is by far the best Dentist I have ever met. this past few appointments have been a bit of a challenge due to my anxiety and an infected tooth. he was so patient with me and did everything humanly possible to make sure I was okay. my last appointment he was finally able to get my tooth out and he was fantastic! They were able to help my husband on moment's notice, they accepted cash payment. They are handling the overflow of dental issues coming from the hospital due to the covid-19 pandemic. Frankel dentistry went above and beyond for my husband, and honor veterans. I thank you very much for your time, you changed my husband's life!
My daughter needed her wisdom teeth extracted as she was in excruciating pain. There was not only an infection, but two of them were impacted. Contacted this office and was told extracting wisdom teeth is an elective. What does that even mean? Very rude, dismissive and condescending staff. Will be filing a complaint with my insurance but also plan to file a complaint with the BBB. Unacceptable!!
