When you're using the same cloth on the outside of my brand new truck, as you are on the windows on the inside, WHILE on your phone... yea.... They did get the dirt off; replaced it with lint. ON THE OUTSIDE! ... ugh.
I've been coming here for a few years and today was the first day I was charged an XL car fee. What?!? When I asked why I've never been charged this before I was told "it depends on who writes the ticket." Really? Wrong answer! Be consistent and get rid of this silly fee!!
I have been taking our cars � to Townelake Car Wash since 2010. I have always been satisfied with their service and workers. If there is a long wait I thank them for letting me make up my mind to stay or come back . If there is a problem I feel comfortable that staff will make sure it's remedied
I have been bringing my cars here for roughly 10 years now. They do a great job. Do they get busy? Yes. But that is what happens when word gets out about a job well done.
Although I paid the $27 service plus $7 tip - when I got home & lifted mats , they were not Vacuumed under at all
I drive out of my way to come here, and usually its worth the trip. Unfortunately today my car was left super dirty there were parts of the iside that werent even vacuumed. I was super disappointed when i left.
