Wow! I just have to say this place is the bomb diggity! Every time I walk in I'm always greeted by such nice friendly faces! The managers are fantastic and always make sure my car is sparkling before I pull off the lot! The wait time is long but I feel it is worth it for the price I pay and the way my car looks when it's finished! I have a German Shepard and I know his hair is a pain but they always get every single hair out! Wow! Just wow! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!!
Super disappointed in my visit. Should have driven away within the first 10 seconds of talking to someone. Was told it would be two and a half hours for a detail at 2 p.m. so I settled for the $30 wash because the attendant told me it included an interior cleaning with armorall on the dash and doors. 95 minutes to get a car wash? There were 4-5 cars in front of me, so I expected to wait a bit. However, over 1.5 hours when I'm not even getting a wax job? Plus, when I got in the car there were still bits of trash in my door drink holder and open ashtray on the console?
Went to Towne Lake Carwash At 5:20pm with no one else waiting and was told I could only get an exterior wash. They couldn’t do the interior because they were wrapping up. They close at 6pm but apparently not all services are offered as advertised. Horrible customer service.
What happened to this place? It used to be great service and nice people. Not yesterday. I paid for the maxed out car wash, what I got was a gas station car wash with vacuuming my floor. I asked to be called when they were done, no call. No one even acknowledged me while I stood waiting for my key at the desk. The windows and mirrors were not cleaned just rinsed off.
