With an appointment I waited over an hour for my appointment to start. I was asked to select elements for my pedicure and didn’t get what I selected. I asked for a gel polish for my pedicure and regular polish for my manicure and wanted the polishes to be close to the same color. I was given two different colors. They do not sanitize- I watched technicians go from client to client reusing all the same tools. Two of my gel polish nails popped off completely less than 24 hours after my service. They were rude they they didn’t do for I asked
When my friend and I went here to get our nails done the owner said they didn’t have anyone there to do TAP gel that day even though I called ahead. He said we can do dip. I explained to him that it lifts off my nails and with TAP I never have lifting. He said to us both, “you try it and if it lifts or you don’t like it come back and we will fix it for free.” My nails lifted as did my friend’s. We went back today not even 2 weeks later. I have been going here awhile and honestly i’m done now, their prices on their website are not at all what they charge, i paid 66$ for a full set and got charged 71$ for a FILL and got the same exact thing as before. My mom won’t go there anymore cause her dip chips instantly. Very nice people but if you’re going to get a service ask abt the price before. I always got charged more in the past but im done now, paying more for a fill than a full set is crazy.
Beautiful clean facility unfortunately they have some logistics to work out. We arrived 10 min early for our 1pm pedicure appointment. Checked in, picked our colors, sat down in the waiting area. A staff member came over and let us know our chairs would be ready shortly, she even pointed to the empty seats where they were filling basins. Then we all watched a different staff member escort a couple of walk-in clients who just arrived to our chairs. By 1:30 no seats had opened up so we gave up and left.
