My daughter and I went for deluxe pedicures for her bridal shower. My guy was very rude, kept walking away and my daughter s manicurist had a very bad attitude. Neither one of us had the deluxe that we had asked for and we told the lady at the front desk and she saw that it was written as deluxe on the sign in sheet. She said sorry but offered nothing else. It felt like an assembly line not a Polished Salon

I’m disappointed by the inconsistent pricing at this salon. I was charged $62 today, January 28th, for a gel manicure with a design, despite paying only $47 for the exact same service just four weeks ago. When I questioned the $15 increase, the owner was dismissive and seemed more concerned with which staff member gave me the lower price than addressing the discrepancy. Best Pedicure I've ever experienced in my entire life. I melted in my chair, it was unbelievable. Extremely thorough in their practice. Much appreciated! 🙏🏻

My friend and I went to Polish yesterday she for a pedi and I a manicure both non gel as we both feel the gel polishes have become bad for our nails - really has thinned them out. We like gel of course as it lasts longer so we were both aware they would not last as long as gels do. We both picked the same color polish. While our polish was applied we did notice it did not apply evenly. My manicurist to even layers out put 3 coats on my nails as she had to work small clumps in the polish as well as the unevenness.
