I’ve been going to the Polished nail salon for years, but since the change of ownership, it is terrible. Seems others feel the same way; the place did not have very many customers when I was in there. Not hard to see why. I won’t be back.
i’ve been going to polished for a while now and they always make sure to take care of me. For prom I wanted french tip gel nails and they weren’t done the way I wanted so I came back and they re-did my nails for free. I would recommend to anyone.
Every time I go in this establishment my gels chip in two days . It's not worth my efforts with it here.
The salon was very nice and they have a ton of gel polish colors to choose from, however, me polish job was pitiful. It was so thin I could see my nails through it. My pedicure was enjoyable but I had to go home and do touch ups. When I pay this kind of money, I expect to have a lasting manicure and pedicure, at least a week. I won't be back.
This is the only place that stays open later than most which works great with my schedule. They are always super friendly and I always feel relaxed and social when there. I just got adventurous and decided to try a Pinterest combo of multi colored nails. The tech picked out the perfect colors to match on her own, did awesome on my cuticles (not an easy task!) and my polish looks Pinterest perfect!
