Sorry. My recent experience at Polish was terrible. The manicurist was overbooked and hurried through my manicure. Her workstation was not clean, full of debris from earlier manicures. My nails are too short…this manicure will last a while. I do not think she used a clipper sterilized for me. Her manner was abrupt and offensive. Nothing relaxing about this. I will go elsewhere next time.
Not thrilled about the service. Both my wife and had pedicures done and my wife was supposed get her nails done. Due to a mix up with scheduling they told us to come back. After arguing my frustration the male worker there decided to go to other customers to complain. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. To be fair the two people who gave the pedicures did an ok job, not great. The massage chair didn’t work either.
My second visit and I'm very happy. I get basic mani-pedi with natural nails and Ann was great and so personable. I will definitely be back.
