I have always had a great experience here, the girls at the front desk are nice and the one who does my nails always does a great job! Would definitely recommend 🥰

I just had an incredible experience at polish room 3. Kelly the manager and Cindy my nail tech (dip acrylic) did an amazing job on my nails, paying attention to every detail. If you want an amazing pedicure Maddie! Is the go to however, their skills are top-notch, and they made the whole process enjoyable and relaxing. The service was fantastic, and I left feeling pampered and satisfied. I highly recommend visiting this place for anyone who wants to get their nails done!

Had a horrible experience. Was yelled at by Tweedy or Tweeny the whole time I was there. When I asked Kelly the manager for help she was equally as rude. I’ve been a polish room customer for 12 years and Ben (the owner) has always been nothing but welcoming and kind. Unfortunately, when he is out of town Kelly feels like she can treat customers however she would like. If you get Tweeny RUN! She is horrible!!!

I saw low reviews, however, the owner, Wendy & Nikki took great care of me! The salon & services performed, pedicure & nail dip, were top notch! This was my first time at this nail salon and I have nothing but great things to say! Highly recommend!!!
