I’ve been coming to this salon for years and I usually have a great experience with my usual nail techs. Today there was a scheduling issue and someone else had to do my pedicure. I purchased a classic gel pedicure because it features a 10 minute massage. Foot massage started at 6:13 and ended at 6:17. I would give them 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. My husband had a manicure and he ended up with a cut on 2 different fingers and one finger has a bump and feels like an ingrown nail. I had a full pink and white acrylic set and I had a cut on two different fingers, pink and white doesn’t even go all the way to the sides, all are different lengths and thicknesses. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
