I would give them 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. My husband had a manicure and he ended up with a cut on 2 different fingers and one finger has a bump and feels like an ingrown nail. I had a full pink and white acrylic set and I had a cut on two different fingers, pink and white doesn’t even go all the way to the sides, all are different lengths and thicknesses. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
If I could give it zero stars I would. I have been going to this location for years and never had a problem, but the way they handled my appointment today was appalling. I went in for an express gel pedicure, Amy who didn’t speak any English gave me nothing but attitude when I asked for a particular clear pink for my French pedicure. I also asked for a thicker white line & from what the other nail tech translated she said ‘no one does it like that’ well I do and that’s how I wanted it. Louanne is seriously amazing. This is the longest I’ve ever gone with consistent fills, and I’ve tried nail places all over the valley. I always did acrylic with tips before and thought soreness and wanting to rip them off was just part of the process. Since switching to builder gel, that hasn’t been the case at all. There’s been no lifting, no pain, and no tight, uncomfortable feeling after fills. My nails feel strong and healthy underneath, which never happened for me with acrylic.
