My friend and I came here last month for nails. The salon itself was clean and the staff seemed friendly The owner of the salon was also nice and pleasant but honestly I felt disappointed with the service I got I paid almost $100 total ($68 after tax plus a $15 tip), and the whole appointment felt super rushed and took barely 30 minutes. My mom goes here and she’s always so happy with her nails. The environment is amazing and I hear from everyone best nail parlour in all of Burlington.
I got my nails done by Hong. She was super fast. I’ve never had my nails done that quickly before. I think she should take more time to focus on service and quality rather than speed The salon wasn’t busy, but the way she worked made me feel like she was rushing. Another client arrived at the same time as me, and while she was only halfway done, my nails were already finished.
