Very friendly, welcoming staff. I came in as a walk-in and the ladies were very accommodating. Such a comfortable, relaxing environment. Tillie did my pedicure and was so professional and took her time making it perfect. I got a heavenly 20 min neck massage by Mandy. Excellent experience. Will be making this my new nail salon!!
First time here. The place is very clean and everyone is friendly. Tracy is a great nail tech that does old school acrylics. She did a perfect job amd was very friendly. I highly recommend this place and Tracy.

I tried Polish Nail Lounge in Mission Viejo for the first time and had a really good experience overall. Customer service is truly on point. As soon as you walk in, they acknowledge you and make an effort to take care of you right away, even when they are very busy. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming, even though I unfortunately didn’t get her name. I highly recommend Helen for pedicures. She is very detailed and takes her time.
