The lady that did my pedicure didn't say a word.. did a good job... Don't know if the plastic liner was clean when I sat down that worried me
Have been going here for years absolutely love it. The people are super nice and my nails always turn out amazing!
The manicure felt extremely rushed and poorly done. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive, which made the entire experience unpleasant. For the price they charge, I expected much better service and quality. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
My daughter and I have been going to Tracy for our nails for almost 5 years (we followed her from the last salon in Sammamish), and our nails are perfect and beautiful every time. The best part is the neck/shoulder massage at the end of our mani, which I always look forward to. Tracy is hands down the most competent and consistent nail care professional I’ve had in the 35 years of regular professional manicures (and what’s more, she’s super nice!).
