RecommendedFor my first visit I was a little nerves seeing as though I haven't been to the dentist in a while. Staff were more amazing. They weren't your typical routine staff, they actually talked to you to get to know you. When become a patient, you're not just a client, you become friends. Great dental office, supportive staff
Every time I had my teeth cleaned I felt pressured to sign up for additional services that weren't required. Such as replacing my fillings because they might have a problem at some nebulous time in the future. I decided to find a new dentist when they threatened to send me to collections only 7 business days after sending me a bill.
Really Awesome service! The staffs are very helpful and friendly
Authentic, informed service by Hygienist, the lovely Ms Shuma as well as great spirit and bedside manner by Doc Hobbs. For someone like me that procrastinates in taking care of themselves, they made a long long overdue appointment a breeze. Thanks team! (If I have 1 opportunity it would be the phones and communication from call center).
They were honest and up front about my issues, and they were transparent about my out of pocket billing.
