I am sorry to say, but this was the worst massage I have ever experienced. i mean they were friendly. It was advertised as a foot massage, yet approximately 70% of the time was spent massaging legs instead. The therapist seemed to have something inside her glove—whether it was her nails or some other object, I could not tell—but it was extremely sharp and caused genuine discomfort. Deeply Disappointed — Terrible Service, Unsafe Practices, and Zero Accountability I’ve been a loyal client of Polish by Sand Spa in Manhattan Beach for over five years, but after my most recent experience, I will never return. I came in for my appointment and was very rudely greeted by the receptionist. I don’t understand why your receptionist talks to us as if she hates her job and hates her life. I came in briefly to ask about pricing so I could book an appointment, but I couldn’t even tell who the receptionist was until she finally spoke. There was no greeting, no smile, just a blank stare, as if I was inconveniencing her by showing up around 6:30pm. The lack of warmth in the customer service was disappointing. If that’s the first impression of the business, I don’t feel comfortable returning. It makes me wonder what the overall morale is like in this place.

Extremely disappointed as I’d seen good reviews. I could get my 10 year old niece to paint my nails better than this guy, terrible! He shouldn’t be doing nails imo 👎🏾✌🏽
