I have to share that every time I call to make an appointment, it just rings, super frustrating. There are times when I actually have to walk in and make my appointment. Not very customer centric. I may have to start going somewhere else, but, I do love my nail, tech, Tiffany! She is awesome.
I recently had a bad experience at a different salon in the area, and my friend found Polish by Sand Spa and I’m so glad she did!!! I’ve always done acrylic nails and was nervous about trying gel-x, but I am loving my nails and had an amazing time here! I went to the downtown manhattan beach location, and Cici did a fantastic job. She made sure I was okay with the length and color beforehand, and even pointed out an example of what they would look like before as well. 20 minute pedicure. Advertised as 30. Chairs very uncomfortable. Didn’t get my moneys worth.
