I've been coming to this salon since 2020, and while some nail technicians are talented and kind, the front desk experience has become a major issue. The woman at the front desk is consistently rude and unwelcoming, and her attitude often seems directed toward certain customers, including myself. Every time I visit this nail salon, I’m greeted by the same receptionist, and unfortunately, her attitude is consistently rude and unwelcoming. Her negative energy sets a poor tone for the whole experience, and it’s not what you’d expect when coming to a place meant for relaxation. It’s also noticeable that the employees seem uncomfortable around her, which only adds to the unpleasant atmosphere. A salon should feel inviting, and this receptionist does the opposite

I am sorry to say, but this was the worst massage I have ever experienced. i mean they were friendly. It was advertised as a foot massage, yet approximately 70% of the time was spent massaging legs instead. The therapist seemed to have something inside her glove—whether it was her nails or some other object, I could not tell—but it was extremely sharp and caused genuine discomfort. She repeatedly ran it over my bones, which was quite painful. At one point I was nearly compelled to pull away, but I am trying to remain polite ... read more
