Deeply Disappointed — Terrible Service, Unsafe Practices, and Zero Accountability I’ve been a loyal client of Polish by Sand Spa in Manhattan Beach for over five years, but after my most recent experience, I will never return. I came in briefly to ask about pricing so I could book an appointment, but I couldn’t even tell who the receptionist was until she finally spoke. There was no greeting, no smile, just a blank stare, as if I was inconveniencing her by showing up around 6:30pm. The lack of warmth in the customer service was disappointing. If that’s the first impression of the business, I don’t feel comfortable returning. It makes me wonder what the overall morale is like in this place.

Extremely disappointed as I’d seen good reviews. I could get my 10 year old niece to paint my nails better than this guy, terrible! He shouldn’t be doing nails imo 👎🏾✌🏽

Quality at this place is steadily going down hill. I’ve been going there now and again for a few years but will never go again. My nail extensions look like a child did them. They are thick and crooked and looked old after one day. Customer service does not exist here anymore. I was not happy with results but my concerns were fully ignored and they kept saying it would look better when it was done. It did not! For the price go somewhere else or buy a DIY at CVS.
