dr Poliquin is unhelpful. When I asked for a refill on meds that SHE HERSELF prescribed she told me she had never prescribed those meds for me. I tried to tell her she did. She said well its not in my EMR - I told her I do not know what to say because her name is on the prescription bottles. Only then did she actually let me speak.
