I recently took my CB1000R to Polini Motor Sports without an appointment, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. Mari was incredibly helpful and managed to find a spot for my motorcycle to be serviced right away. Enzo and his team are amazing!! I had an appointment with “Mountain” you know who.. and I arrive to my appointment, to my disappointment they said they couldn’t work on my bike. I called Enzo and his team and told me to bring my bike in same day. Told Enzo what happened and he told me he will take care of me. Very next day my bike was done!!!! Thank you guys! You have a new customer with me!
Incredible service . The absolute best I’ve had anywhere I’ve been in the US
The owner of the shop and his workers are gifts from god ! I went in today to try to get new tires mounted on my motorcycle without an appointment and he welcomed me with a smile . One of his employees helped me get my bike off the truck without any questions asked .My battery was dead and he was willing to charge it for me for free . Come to find out I had a dead battery and had to get another one but the shop closed in 15 minutes so I wouldn’t have enough time to get it and come back .
