These are the properties they own and have for years. They are falling apart and completely trash ridden. They are a danger to the neighborhood and an eye sore I grew up there and am saddened this is the state of my old neighborhood as I visit often. How absolutely disturbing. CLEAN UP YOUR MESS. Friend to the city my behind you are the problem. If you were trying to get him for business please dont hes already bitten off more than he can chew. Look him up on the auditors office his properties all look like this.
Arron poling was hired by my father to install a $5,000 kitchen dishwasher,cabinets,countertop and sink. They cracked the new countertop when they ran selftapping bolts that hold the dishwasher up and you jam your fingers on the self tappingbolts everytime you open or close the dishwasher! We now have to replace the new countertop from menards!

Poling renovations did a great job. The guys worked on all the outdoor problems I had with soffit, window wrap, and gutters. Aaron had them repurpose the old iron hand railing on the front porch with new wood and it worked. They were done in about 5 hours. Very happy with everything and will have them back in the future.
Incredible man! Saw that my car ( my daughter’s, actually, that lives in Cincinnati, that she loaned me while I was visiting), quit in the middle of Market Street, heavy traffic. Came back to check on me. Not only did he get it moved from the busy road but then proceeded to use battery packs to charge me enough to almost get to my granddaughters.
