As anyone who’s gone through a malpractice suit knows, the stress and anxiety can be a tremendous burden. I would not have wanted anyone but John to be guiding me through this tough process. I have never been through any type of litigation, so my testimony/review may be emotionally lengthy. Without going into too much detail, in December of 2012 I was scheduled for a “routine” outpatient surgery (although no surgery is really routine).
