I bought a new washer. I checked their products so I knew what I wanted when I went to the store. I believe the entire experience took about 5 minutes. Great people and competitive prices. This was my first buy and I will be back. Washer was delivered on time and set up the washer with no issues.
They keep my 40 year old washer running, replacing the parts as needed.
Excellent customer Service. I have purchased a front loader washer and dryer set, parts for the washer years later and just purchased a free standing range today. I always have an excellent experience at Poletski's!

Looked all over for a portable air conditioner. Finally found one here. Talked to an employee named "Matt". He said he'd hold for me to come pick it up from Klamath. When I arrived he's had already sold it to another customer. � I will never do any business with this company again or recommend to anyone else!!
