I am giving this an one star review since I cannot give it a zero. Due to the lack of service from this service station, we have started a lemon car buy-back proceedings against Polestar. I would strongly urge anyone reading this to avoid this brand. They do not have the infrastructure to support their cars - especially if something is not of routine maintenance. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Polestar South Coast Service. Years back, I began driving from LA down here because a previous service manager had been communicative and helpful. However, about a year ago a different service manager took over. Responsiveness declined right away, then things got weird: - They claimed that a previous service performed under warranty was not actually under warranty and that they just “took care of it” for me. This is one of the many reasons i stick with Polestar, their SOS service is phenomenal! Just a push of a button, they respond right away, the tow arrived quickly, and they even send a free ride. The downside is the service center is closed on the weekends, however the service manager at Mission Viejo, Gio, made up for it. He reached out to me before I could, provided the ride I need to get around while they're working on the car, and he got the car done before noon! He's very efficient, attentive and on top of it. Excellent Polestar service here!! I've been very happy with the great service provided here to our 2022 Polestar 2. Polestar service advisor, Jonathan Wynn is especially great to work with, excellent communications and really took his time to understand the issues/requests and always came through for us.
