I am from LA and go to Galpin Polestar service, but I will be making the long drive down to Mission Viejo and taking my P2 to Polestar South Coast service instead from now on. Very nice Volvo dealership to service my Polestar 2, coffee, water, tv, couches. This is my closest Polestar service center and Gio is very helpful.
I am giving this an one star review since I cannot give it a zero. Due to the lack of service from this service station, we have started a lemon car buy-back proceedings against Polestar. I would strongly urge anyone reading this to avoid this brand. They do not have the infrastructure to support their cars - especially if something is not of routine maintenance. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Polestar South Coast Service. Years back, I began driving from LA down here because a previous service manager had been communicative and helpful. However, about a year ago a different service manager took over. Responsiveness declined right away, then things got weird: - They claimed that a previous service performed under warranty was not actually under warranty and that they just “took care of it” for me.
