Nick was wonderful, walked us through everything, showed us pictures, and exact pieces that had problems. We very much appreciated him and all his efforts and look forward to working with him again. And was very kind of him to come out late on a Sunday evening.

My techs, Alex and Andrew were kind and professional. They took care to place footies on their shoes so not to bring in dirt or debris into my home. When I explained that we have to save money up to replace our old furnace and just wanted the cost of replacing it after their diagnostic inspection, they were helpful and understood. I would recommend Polstar for these reasons.

This was my 1st time with Polestar and I have only praise. The technician, Austin, was professional and friendly. He found and showed me his findings. That included showing me corrosion/rust that has definitely been growing and will increase, but he didn't make me think that I had to do something yet. He just made me aware of an issue that will only grow, not receed. It helps tremendously in my mind as far as trust and relief that I don't have to do anything just yet!

The technician was great! Very helpful and explained everything to me. I will definitely use them again. I went ahead and signed up for the program for heating and cooling. He did a great job cleaning my furnace and explaining everything.
