I dont think my first experience ever with Polestar could have went any better. From the onset I had (Marie) going above and beyond to help me secure a qualified tech to fix my sump pump during heavy storms. The Technician (Tony Walker) was attentive, polite, respectful and prepared. Even in the midst of a 16 hour day. On a Friday night even ! That's some John Wayne stuff. Polestar has my endorsement.
