The technician that responded to the call was polite and professional however I will never call Polestar Plumbing again nor will I recommend Polestar Plumbing to anyone. The reason is the outrages price for a simple service. Replacing a tin cap to the HVAC exhaust vent should not be a $500.00 job. The vents was quoted at 75.00, it has 4 or 6 screws to tighten to secure it to the exhaust pipe, 5 to 10 minutes and for this $500.00.
