Whelp shame on us for continuing to use this company. We’ve had an appointment to tune up the AC scheduled back in April. Just received a text saying that due to an “air conditioning emergency” they have to cancel. Mind you it is currently 62* out this morning. This happened to us last time. They cannot seem to keep appointments. It’s a shame since we have been a customer of theirs for over 15 years. Time to move on. Thank you to Johnathon. Polestar (new management) - took ownership as to why my less than 5-yr old tankless was needing to be repaired/replaced and explained everything. They worked with me to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

This Polestar branch is amazing. Matt was the best! My furnace went out in the winter. It is close to thirty years old and Matt was able to diagnose the problem, show me the problem and fix it for a very low amount. A+++! I have always used Polestar and always weill!

Do not waste your time or money on this company. If you want to wait days for your AC to get fixed and them never showing up for your booked appointments look else where. Booked an emergency visit for Friday. Dispatcher said had someone in the area and could head my way. Waited for the two hours never showed up or called. Called dispatcher back they said they must of been caught up can schedule for tomorrow. Next day they said I need a new capacitor but that they didn't have the one on site and it was in the office which was... read more
