We had a little trouble finding the entrance, but it ended up being inside the gym!
Brigitte is awesome! I live in Jacksonville and have been poling for years. I was thrilled to find out a studio had opened in my hometown! The studio space was very clean and bright. Brigitte and all the ladies in class were so welcoming and sweet. The class was very inclusive and she gave progressions and regressions to fit everyone’s individual level. I can’t wait to come back and visit!
Brigitte is AWESOME! The classes are so much fun and you get a really great workout. These classes are for everyone no matter your age or your body type. Everyone needs to give it a try!
Kudos Brigitte! Thank you for pushing me on days when I thought i couldn't do it. You have become more than an instructor but a friend. If anyone want to learn Pole Fitness this is definitely the atmosphere you wanna be!
