I have not even taken this class yet, but am very disappointed with the customer service. I signed up online going by the prices they post. Not even five minutes after signing up I received a call from the manager, some guy. He was VERY rude, CONDESCENDING, AND DISRESPECTFUL! He kept Yelling over me that the price has increased to \$29. I am educated and make great money there is no problem for me to pay the extra \$5. All I was trying to explain was that the website is incorrect so he can fix it for future customers. If this studio were based on LELA (master instructor) alone, it would be GREAT place, but I cant rate it 5 stars just because of her. The policies for the classes are very odd, and they are more worried about getting your \$ in their hands. Of 50+ classes on the schedule, MAYBE 20 of them are taught- mostly intro classes & thats because people DONT want to come back because of the pushiness of their style to get students & build a clientele. Any reviews on here by John or Holly Would are by the owners of the studio so please... read more

I concur with the people on here who have made negative comments. John (one of the owner) is definitely Jekyll and Hyde, once you hand in your money for the class, he will become the biggest jerk youve ever met. There are only 2 people running this business and both of them are the owner. Lela is the pole instructor (also owner), she is a really sweet person and I continue taking class because of her. But once my membership is up....Not going back...Hate to be treated like a carpet by this "John the owner".

From the phone call to book my first Intro Class until I took mt Intro Class this place is great .They do it up right.I would tell anyone that want to take a Pole Dance class this is the best place out there .I have been to 2 other Pole Dance lessons here in Connecticut and they do not teach you much ,Pole Control Studios starts taking care of you from the beginning.Not only didi I take the Intro Class I also bought 6 MONTH UNLIMITED PASS.

I was temporarily in the area, and had a wonderful time at the studio! The staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They work with you and tailor classes to everyone in them. Its a fantastic way to have fun, learn a new skill, and get in shape. Im sad to be leaving the area and the studio, but cant wait to get back!!! The website is great, classes are easy to book online, and its a wonderful experience and great studio! Thanks so much!
