I purchased a 4 class package and group on and absolutely love it. I found the staff to be friendly the instructor was knowledgeable and the small class size made me comfortable. I look forward to more classes and learning more moves.

Just purchased a Groupon coupon for a 5 class pass. Went to the first class and thought this was what I was looking for. The class was instructed by a great teacher that pushed us all in the class. Just because it says Intro class believe me it is a class where you will come out sweating! The studio was so nice and all the studio employees helped me from the beginning. I saw a few bad comments but cannot see how this studio could have gotten those. Pole Control is a wonderful place for all of us ladies and this is truly what... read more

Just purchased a Groupon coupon for a 5 class pass. Went to the first class and thought this was what I was looking for. The class was instructed by a great teacher that pushed us all in the class. Awful and rude customer service. Made to feel like they were doing ME a favor. I spent lots of time and money with the duo to only be taken advantage of and ripped off. I arrived for multiple session only to have the instructor be more interested in socializing with others, entertaining other customers (not pole but life coaching ) or tending to personal household needs. Not to mention I ordered a pole 8 months ago that I paid in full but have still yet to see a refund or pole delivered. After two emails and multiple calls n... read more

Terrible customer service. Told I would have to spend \$150 in order to use my 49 dollar expired groupon. Salesperson claimed that groupons were making the business difficult. I think bad public relations is more of the problem.

We want to Thank Pole Control Studios for a day we will all remember! We had a Bachelorette Party for my sister which was a all around great experience and would recommend all women that want to have wonderful time and make some memories for a lifetime I would go Here!It was hassle free with everything show to us and provide full pricing and a quote so we knew exactly what the pricing was and everything was up front. This place rocks. Thanks to Lela and her staff for a great time!!
