I left a previous dentist because I felt like I was being pushed to get unnecessary treatment. Polaris Dentistry is a beautiful, new, clean facility, with great staff! Dr Dhawan is very nice! I’m very pleased with Polaris
A thorough professional. This doc goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable. I don’t even mind driving an hour to see her. Front office staff also communicates very well.
Polaris is friendly enough to get you in the door for an initial appointment and exam but office staff and doctor lack professional and effective communication, which is what ultimately frustrated me to the point of cancelling further appointments and seeing another doctor. I also have dental anxiety and need an office that is patient and kind. Ideal Dental is a great alternative to this office. Great customer service. They take the time to explain everything to you. Amazing friendly staff.
The doctor here is so nice and patient. She walks you through every step and is transparent about everything. Her staff is very sweet as well.
