Polaris is friendly enough to get you in the door for an initial appointment and exam but office staff and doctor lack professional and effective communication, which is what ultimately frustrated me to the point of cancelling further appointments and seeing another doctor. I also have dental anxiety and need an office that is patient and kind. Ideal Dental is a great alternative to this office. Great customer service. They take the time to explain everything to you. Amazing friendly staff.
The doctor here is so nice and patient. She walks you through every step and is transparent about everything. Her staff is very sweet as well.
My appointments were scheduled quickly, and everyone in the office is very friendly and knowledgeable!
The best dentist i recommend that place they are really professional on they job and I really happy with them
