Communicating with a patient who needs buffered numbing agent that you aren't understanding that when communicating ahead of the procedure, and then after six+ (I lost count) shots of 2% and 4% solution for numbing, you let her know that there will be a lot of soreness, tonight, tomorrow and the next day, likely... - and Oh! Clearly times are super weird right now, but I needed a crown and it was deemed necessary to have it done. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get the procedure, but Polaris Dental took very good care of me. I could tell their office was taking all the necessary actions to keep things clean and sterile. I was treated with complete respect and the Dentist and assistant were absolutely incredible, very warm and welcoming. I think times like this can show exactly what a business is made of and Polaris Dental is one of the best.
