Today was my first and last day at Grandview dental . If you don't like your insurance company and don't value your own time this is the place for you .They just want to rack up visits.

Appointments run on time, people are friendly and professional, new technologies are available and care and consideration of my comfort are a priority I have been with this office for 26 years for just these reasons.

I was seen promptly; everything that was bein... I was seen promptly; everything that was being done was thoroughly explained to me. The staff was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. I had a fever that day and was a bit grumpy and they made me feel at home and comfortable. Maybe a little more emphasis on the cosmetic procedures that are offered while I am more focused on my oral/tooth health, but I understand business and marketing.
