I am well and truly pleased with how the fine folks at Grandview Dental Care arranged an appointment for me so quickly when I needed to be seen. As always everybody I encountered was pleasant, professional, and caring.
Dr. Thompson made it possible for me to get the smile I've wanted for 20 years!! I love him and all the staff. I will continue to recommend my family and friends.
All staff are wonderfull! The only thing I would change is to not have any issues addressed with the patient in the main waiting area for all to hear. It was embarrassing to me. I know my personal pain did not make things any better but that is my burden to bear and was no fault of any staff member. Thank you for always being the best caring staff anyone could want!
