Just bought 2020 Pro XP 4 Ultimate... asked if it came with a roof. The salesman said yes they just hadn't installed it yet. Sweet! Got delivered, no roof. Called and asked said no I made a mistake. Got it, no big deal. I have to have a roof. Have a child that needs some shelter from the sun. Installing roof today and looking over the buggie. It's filthy dirty, dirt is everywhere. Was on a Rzr ride from St George and needed a valve stem fixed in our tire-said it would be at least 3 to 4 hours to fix it. We own our own Motorsports business in Idaho and know how important customer service is, a 5 minute job would take 3 to 4 hours? They didn't even ask if they could help us or even come out and look at the tire, so after airing the tire up again (would only hold for a few minutes at a time) and knowing we still needed to ride back to St George we went to Big O and got it fixed in 10 minutes!!!! Part time snowbirds in Mesquite with a CanAm Maverick Sport 1000. Had a problem with repeated "check engine" light and a rough running engine. After a lot of shop time and a couple o computer checks for codes I was charged a VERY reasonable amount for labor and a pair of new spark plugs (my choice). The diagnosis was bad fuel, evidently a problem in Mesquite, and so far that has proven correct. Thanks to Jaycob for his great service, expertise and patience.
