I don’t understand how you can be a 24/7 hvac contractor and not answer calls or return voicemails during an emergency AC situation. Someone texted me only a number and then didn’t respond to me after that. While I understand they may not be able to get to us the same day, someone should still answer a call during normal business hours so I could get an idea of IF OR WHEN someone is coming out.
Been a Polar Bear customer for 15 years. Bought three systems for different properties including personal residences. Polar Bear has always been honest, responsive, and reasonable.
