Excellent customer service, as always!
Had them come inspect my unit from a previous company who not only overcharged me but did fix or purposely did not fix my unit. Found a panel inside that was not screwed in tight. Outside unit looked ok except the fan rotating in wrong direction. Waiting now for estimated bill to fix and date they will come and fix.
Technician was very professional and courteous. They have s thorough checklist for doing preventative maintenance. And a good price!
