I met Lance years ago because my trusted tile guy wanted to use him for our project and I have used Polar Plumbing ever since. Yesterday he installed a new water heater quickly and at a fair price. Responsive trustworthy and good work. Recommend!
TLDR: The only plumber you need to call, period. Detail: This review is long overdue! In the fall of 2023, we finally decided to replace a 25+ year old atmospheric vent water heater in our 1958 home in Bloomington. We are planning some basement renovations, and in order to accommodate what we wanted to do we needed to move the water heater about 6’ on a diagonal from its then-current location. I have used Polar Plumbing for many years, Lance as always done a wonderful job, he gives me a quote upfront. I appreciate that he does a wonderful job. He has replaced my outside water valves, as well as both valves before and after my water meter in the basement. He just installed a new water heater mine was leaking he ordered it immediately late Monday it came in Wednesday he squeezed me in and installed it Wednesday. I am very appreciative!
