I agree with the other positive texts about Roman. He is a lovely conscientious EXPERT on HVAC systems! He knows his stuff, he pays attention to detail and figures out what’s going wrong and why. He even climbed onto the roof of my condo building to make sure all was in order there. He solved my leaking condenser hose and had a drip pan made to fit the space so this my unit wouldn’t leak into the unit below (yikes) again. I don’t think I’ll ever use anyone else in the future, except Roman.
Great service and integral company! Roman is honest, reliable and efficient. He gets the job done at a fair price. Polar Express has been my go to with HVAC needs. Highly recommend.
