I’m a landlord and have used a number of AC techs over the years, but candido got to be the best AC tech in all Phoenix metro….by far!!! He’s honest, efficient, responsible and super fast!!! Don’t even think to call anyone else. Thank you Candido, you’re a lifesaver!!
We had our AC go out at our rental home. Polar Express was so quick to respond to our call. They replaced our unit within a day. I can’t say enough great things about these guys. So reliable, honest, and reasonable.
I agree with the other positive texts about Roman. He is a lovely conscientious EXPERT on HVAC systems! He knows his stuff, he pays attention to detail and figures out what’s going wrong and why. He even climbed onto the roof of my condo building to make sure all was in order there. He solved my leaking condenser hose and had a drip pan made to fit the space so this my unit wouldn’t leak into the unit below (yikes) again. I don’t think I’ll ever use anyone else in the future, except Roman.
