Polar Bear is great - have used them for commercial HVAC repair - not only was this the FIRST company out of 3 that actually fixed the issue - the first time ! Most companies try to milk businesses and come out 3-4 times and still don’t fix the issue! BUT Polar Bear kept in constant communication of what it was, how long to get the part (for a commercial unit - it was next day - was a Friday evening when they came out - how nice already!) professional, HONEST and fast - hard to come by in HVAC - highly recommend!
Thank you, Fred for coming out so quickly and taking care of our air conditioning unit going out. He has us going in no time. We will definitely call again. Thanks again!
My AC took a dump. This business was at my home to repair within 3 hours. My issue was resolved 1st trip. Braedon Keithwas the tech that came to repair. People like Mr.Keith are what makes this business good. Very fine representation for Polar Bear Services and they'll be lucky to keep him. Will use again. **2026** Update. I've used plumbing, electrical, and AC service from this business. This business can adjust to the unexpected. Highly recommended.
I called Polar Bear Services to have a dryer vent installed in my basement. John showed up punctually within the time window as I was told. He evaluated the job and gave me a very reasonable quote for doing it. The company worked with me to come on a day when I was going to be off work and again, John arrived within the time window and installed the dryer vent. John was very friendly, polite, respectful, and professional. Two thumbs up for John and for Polar Bear Services.
Braedon did an awesome job! He quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated the issue and the fix in a way that was easy to understand. He made the repair quickly . He had a great attitude! Thanks for a good customer experience .
