I’ve never gotten serviced by this locally owned and family-oriented company, and will make sure I never do. But I had to pop by and leave a review that the people that are employed by this company will almost run you over in their company truck while you’re outside walking your dog and cuss at you for walking said dog :)

We had our upstairs AC/heat system replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Andrew, Alex, and Jesus were fantastic—professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. They took the time to explain everything, kept the work area clean, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in their work. We truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Polar Bear

I can only speak for their plumbing services, but they are incompetent plumbers. Every single thing they installed in my business was messed up. I heard the inspector telling them “Plumber to plumber, does this look right?” In regards to the hot water heater, which by the way, is not currently working in my new business which opened 4 months ago. Incredible experience. Technician was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. I spoke with Weston who also was very helpful. 1 stop shop. They were able to handle my electrical, plumbing, and HVAC as well as a concern I had with my fireplace.

Very polite Tech named Taylor performed winter maintenance on my A/C unit. Thorough job and pleased. This is my second time they have been here. First was to repair damage I did trying to fix it myself. Will definitely call them for any other service needed.
