Very poor customer service.
I had a slow-draining shower and tried snaking it myself, pulling out some hair clumps, but oddly, the water started draining even slower. I reached out to two plumbing companies after 5pm, and Polar Bear Plumbing was the only one to respond. They offered an appointment for the next day or the following, and I scheduled two days out between 8–10am. I needed an underground gas line run from my house to a fire pit in the back yard. Polar Bear Plumbing did an excellent job. They came out and provided a reasonable estimate, quickly sourced all the required parts, and completed the installation… all within the same day! So thankful to them so we could keep our fire pit project moving forward. Thanks for the great work and customer service!
