Came out and gave me the estimate I asked for. Showed up when they said and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Did not disclose that there was a $49 dispatch fee until I had confirmed the appointment. That was mildly annoying.

Polar Bear staff was tops, they came right out the same day and had our new hot water heater in by the end of day. They were all so kind and helpful.
