Three years ago I put in a new air conditioning system. It has never worked right. I've called them out numerous times they charge me $900 to clean it once because there was cat here. I agree there was cat here in there. It still didn't work right When they came back. There was no filter in there. The people that had in there forgot to put a filter in.
