Awesome company
Nice enough people who mean well, but who unfortunately rise to the level of their own incompetence. I gave specific instructions to Jessica, the dispatcher, who then gave vague, crappy instructions to the technician. One wasted trip turned into two when they came back to do it right the second time -- and charged me for the second trip to correct the error of the first trip. Wait, what?
