Of all the car washes in the area this is one of the absolute worst. Don’t waste your money here. It’s too expensive and there is no support if their machines go haywire and damage your finish. Horror stories abound at this place.
Great quality wash at a great price! The line of cars moved quickly. The water pressure was high enough to gently jostle my car, and high enough to clean without brushes. I called their Tech Support (see phone number on the door in photo) with a couple questions, and Dustin, who took my call, was happy to talk and answer. I’ll definitely be back for future washes!
Be warned if you get a membership here, it’ll be nothing but a hassle
I put a $10 bill in the slot on the right-side bay today at 315PM. It took my money and no wash. This was the least expensive priced wash for basic cleaning, but nothing happened just took my money. I did see cars leave there dirty in the parking lot. I tried calling their local number I found on Google. It hangs up after dialed. Beware if something gets damaged on your car there as there is nobody to contact. I will take this as a $10 paid lesson never to return before something bad may happen or ripped off again.
My experience at this car wash was terrible!! I bought the $13 wash and when I got in the wash it started washing the undercarriage and as I moved forward the wash stopped working. Both garages were shut so I couldn’t get out, which was scary. I tried calling the number listed on the website and it wasn’t even the correct number.
