We just used this company for the first time. They sent 4 housekeepers. I was hesitant to try a company because I loved my old housekeeper, but we are now located too far. We also had a bad experience with a company before where they barely wiped the place down and took our money. I am very happy with the results of our cleaning today with Polancos housekeeping. They were extremely thorough. We will definitely be using them on a monthly basis. Very happy!
We have been with Polanco's Housecleaning for two years now, and I can't say enough positive things about them! Catalina and her team are reliable, trustworthy, professional, and excellent at their work. We have three young kids, and I can't imagine keeping up with the housework without them. Best cleaning company I have ever dealt with, I can be annoying sometimes as I am a perfectionist but they delivered, they are easy to book, most importantly for me they came right on time, very friendly, and they deep cleaned the heck out of my house, they went above and beyond my expectations... Really recommends them and I will continue using them. Also will be referring to friend and family.
