The staff go above and beyond. Even when they are busy, always give you their full attention. Dr Levin too! Patience, Professionalism, Caring is foremost in this office. Recommend to all those looking for Primary and especially for Geriatric Specialty.
He takes his time with patients . Quite unusual with doctors nowadays
I’ve worked for this office for over two years. Dr.Polanco is a great physician that lacks organization and is terrible with time management. If you have an appointment at 1:00 pm don’t be surprised if you don’t actually get to see him until 2-2:30pm. Carmen is a great ARNP! She is very thorough. As far as the staff be patient with them because they’re over worker and under paid.
Very caring doctor. I am going to miss him. May he rest in peace.
