I could not have asked for a better realtor I worked with Greg Gray in purchasing our new home. We were from out of town and knew nothing about the area. He saved us so many headaches and I have yet to find someone that contradicts what he has told us. (How often can you say a realtor is honest?) I could not have asked for a better realtor. He was more than willing to assist us in any way he could, including answering questions and working with us until almost 10:00pm. Can't recommend them! We used Polack Realty to purchase our first home. I will not be using them again. Appointments were difficult to get, and I definitely felt like because we were not buying a super-expensive home that we were not treated as a priority to her. We had to rearrange our schedule to fit into hers, and WE were the clients. Paperwork was a nightmare. I can't recommend them to anyone.
