Disappointed. They had no avocado , no tobiko, no masago, and they gave me brownish disgusting seaweed. The seaweed should not have been served. I got a tiny bit of sauce so I’m stuck with a bowl of rice, some slimy seaweeed, and a little edamame. Waste of money.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pokemoto in Franklin. My husband picked up my salad for lunch and, unfortunately, didn't think to check the bag before leaving. We paid extra for three protein portions, yet what I received was essentially a bowl of lettuce and shredded carrots with only a single scoop of seafood salad. I've been going here for years. Although I've never had an issue with actual food quality. I have had issues lately with the preparation and the serving size being incorrect. Especially become concerning since it was recently sold to a new owner and they are not following preparation instructions as well as when I ordered recently a THREE protein salad the bowl was only half full and it looked like I got about one protein.. Staff great! Food good better than average corpo slop. Here are the problems. The layout, I didnt even know there was a separate place for drinks to be made. There is no clear signage on where to order drinks vs food. Can you order a drink with your food or do you have to go into 2 different lines? So, confusion from entering.
