Totally forget to check reviews before I came. Spending $23 for medium size. The cashier here is inpatient to answer your questions. And guess what, they charged me more for seaweed salad. Where is the lawyer? Here is your business.
BEWARE. The customer service was extremely poor. The tall young asian man who assisted me was very rude and unhelpful. I was placing an order for a friend using details sent to me on my phone and had some difficulty, but instead of offering help or patience, he was dismissive and unprofessional. No effort to assist, no customer service skills at all. Unfortunately, this experience ruined it for me and I will not be coming back.
They have quality food it’s just every time I come in they give me the smallest scoops ever and I have to constantly ask for more. For a 26$ bowl u gotta give proper portions man.
There is an incredibly off-putting heavy-set Asian fellow who is unfriendly beyond belief. Ignoring me when entered, he started working on an online order without so much as saying, "We'll help you shortly". When I asked if he would be helping me, he mumbled something about the online order coming in before me. I am a person standing right there, waiting to be helped!
