My husband and I ordered two large bowls. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted by the staff; instead, there were just signs directing us to fill out an order form. One of the girls was helpful and answered my questions, but the other seemed annoyed to be there. In my bowl, there was more rice than veggies—only a small amount of mixed greens—so I ended up mostly eating rice. The food is super good, but the waiting time is horrible. Only one person is helping, even if they are having a long line, they look at you like I don’t care how long you’ll wait for it.
I was really disappointed with my experience here. I ordered a large $20 poke bowl, and the portion size was shockingly small. The bowl itself wasn’t even filled — there was a lot of empty space, which made it feel like they were intentionally skimping on ingredients. There was barely any fish in the bowl, which is the whole point of ordering poke. Instead, it was mostly rice. And the rice itself was the cheapest possible filler.
