I have been trying to access my chart notes since June 29. My initial therapist left the company and I had no issues. I got a new therapist who had no prior knowledge abou5 me. There is NO WAY to contact the office, like ever. They must have blocked my phone number. The owner does not respond to emails. I have not received my chart notes for a claim which I have now been denied for. Therapy is supposed to help you manage stress and not add to it. Highly recommending Points of Origin. I have know Shameka for over 10 years. She is one of the most compassionate and skilled therapists you will ever find. She has a way about her that puts you at ease and allows you to find your pathway to healing.

I've been seeing Shameka 6 years now and through the guidance and knowledge I have unlocked and healed so much of myself and am continuing to do so. I stumbled across her site actually looking for help for someone else however something called to me about her and I instantly felt a connection. Shameka was amazing to work with. She opened my eyes to a lot of things during our sessions and I’m truly grateful. She listens, supports, and encourages you to think past what you would normally think. As she is my first therapist, I feel like I made the best decision for myself choosing her.
