I have called 4 times leaving messages with no return call. I also put notes in my patient portal with no reply. I have asked for lab work that now I need to find another physician to order for me. My last labs I never received the results. Additionally, I paid a $50 balance I had with them and they only credited me $25. I have called about that as well with no response. I would not recommend this office for anyone expecting follow up care or anyone needing a response.
Fantastic group of people. Denise and Steve are friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend going to Point Med.
It was a great experience, a bit pricey but the staff was great. Contrary to other reviews I also went for an immigration service and they were not racist at all
All the staff I interacted with were so nice and patient.
Do not go here, take your business elsewhere - many good doctors out there who will treat you with respect. I made an appointment three weeks in advance and the extremely rude lady at the front desk named Chaz?? or whatever, told me that I am not on their appointment schedule. She is apparently responsible (think irresponsible) for answering the calls in the clinic.
