The most unprofessional office that I have ever dealt with. The communication as far as billing goes is so inconsistent & I have been told multiple different things every time. The office manager, Carol, is beyond rude & will hang up on you when you try to resolve issues. All they care about is getting their money.
Terrible customer service with how they handled my wife. Having my family change to someone else. Locally owned business would handle their customers better than this and that’s what we will do. Wife was told one thing by the front desk but then lied to on her billing from another lady. It was their mistake but we have to be at fault for this. I hope we help deter others from using them.

Dr. Larson and the whole staff are wonderful. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and compassionate. Wish I knew about the team sooner. Highly recommend Dr. Larson. God bless them.
