I was very displeased with my last encounter at Point South. However, the follow up to my complaint couldn’t have been better. I think we all just have bad days and won’t let one bad experience overshadow years of great service.
We 💙 PSAH!! Our lab Baylee just had a “spa day” there and the experience was great!! She tends to not be the friendliest to strangers so I made sure to give them a heads up at drop off and at pick up one of the techs was very thankful for that bit of info, he was very nice! I’ve been bringing my furbabes here since 2007 and will always continue!!
