I appreciate they require the public to wear face masks they need require their staff especially the doctor. We had an appointment the front desk person was ok but the doc and tech failed to greet us and say what they was going do or signs to watch for. Just feel they could take a second to explain things and introduce they were. i asked about a grooming appointment and was told short answer we dont do that. RecommendedTook my dog Maggie, I didn't have appt. she had broken a nail on her paw and it was swollen and inflamed , they saw her anyway, they were so good with her. we had moved from out of state and didn't have a local vet yet. They were so gentle and caring with her and they also examined her and updated shots. Everyone was so nice and sweet to Maggie. Very reasonably priced. Both my dogs will be going there for everything.
We drive 45 min to have Pointe South Animal Hospital take care of our fur babies! We had to make the decision to send our Meggie over the rainbow bridge today, and I would not have wanted to be anywhere else! Thank you all for loving our Meggie as your own! She loved you all as much as you loved her!❤

They are the best in veterinary care, I have been with them since Harvey and got our first pet in 1995 while still living in Randleman. Now since I live in Seagrove, I still take all my pets.
We love Pointe South! All the staff is wonderful!
We love PSAH. They have always taken such good care of our schnauzers Obi and Mara. Obi had several teeth pulled and they called to keep me updated. They even called to check on him after we had taken him home. They truly care for their clients, animals and the humans. 😊
Everyone is so caring and gentle with our eight pets.
