They never showed up for the appoint. Didn't call either! Messed up my whole day waiting on them to show up.
They failed to solve our problem inside the house!!! They would come unannounced and service the "outside of the house " even though clearly the problem is inside , but would still charge us for coming ...... Scammers !!! We were told to pay 150$ to cancel or pay 110$ to walk around our house when we aren't home !!! Not good business practice . SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!
Been with Pointe for 5 to 6 years now. Awesome, and I have not seen any pests!! I like them because they use natural products and they are safe for my three cats too.
